Key Responsabilities
- Remove and replace damaged windshields and other automotive glass according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage and ensure all necessary repairs are completed.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform precise installations.
- Apply adhesives, sealants, and primers to ensure a secure and watertight seal.
- Conduct final inspections and clean-up to ensure a flawless finish and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Windshield Replacement Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of auto glass installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, such as windshields and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
